    Everything I purchased today was old. I asked for extra tartar sauce on my fish they barely put any tartar sauce on my fish sandwiches.. peach cobbler was very old. You guys need to do better

    I joined Arby’s new online portal yesterday. I was hoping it would be better than the old portal, but was disappointed. I was told that if I spent $1 I could get free curly fries. So I ordered a Cola light and free fries. Then I went to checkout and only the Cola light showed up. I wrote that I wanted to pick it up between noon and 12.10. I didn’t pay for it, but showed up at the local Arby’s at 12.05 to see if they had my order. They didn’t have the order and said they weren’t taught how to deal with online orders. Since I earlier paid for a buy one get one free, which didn’t work out, I decided that the new portal wasn’t much of an improvement. Both McDonalds and Burger King have almost perfect mobile sites. I don’t understand why Arby’s doesn’t hire someone to set up an almost perfect site. And I don’t understand why employees aren’t taught how to deal with online orders.
