  Longtime customer. Food is always good, but today gets a 2 star for embarrassingly small rib meal portion. 3 small bones is barely a snack. Yesterday I ordered burnt-ends and got another tiny portion, 1/3 fat. Side portions are equally small not reaching the top of the container. I recall 4 Rivers sides used to overflow. We felt like we were getting a bargain even though we spent a lot. Now, I’m debating. Portions are fine for lite eaters, children and non athletic folks. But this place is not a good option for hungry men that sweat for a living.

  I visited 4 Rivers Smokehouse last week and was very disappointed with the overall quality of the food. When I first visited shortly after they opened, I remember being impressed and was excited to come back after several years. Unfortunately, this visit was very underwhelming. The food seemed much more like a buffet line than fresh, made-to-order barbecue. The sides were mediocre at best, and overall the quality and attention to detail seemed to have declined significantly from what I remembered. I was really looking forward to this visit, but based on my experience, I would not return and would not recommend it.

  It was my husband’s BD party hosted at the Club Hose served 20 people. Ordered and picked up 4 racks of St. Louis Ribs, 2.5 lbs of Brisket, 1 lb of turkey and 50 wings. My granddaughter catered the rest of the sides. The meat was a sell out and a favorite. The flavors and taste was amazing and delicious with all the different sauces. An excellent way to keep the guys from grilling. 🤪

  I am writing to share how much my husband and I enjoyed our recent visit. We rarely dine out, and when we do, we hope for a special experience. After several recent disappointments elsewhere with poor service and food, your restaurant truly restored our faith in eating out. Everything from the atmosphere to the service was wonderful, and the food was exceptional. It is rare to feel like we have received such great value for our money, and we truly appreciated the high standards your team maintains. Thank you for a wonderful experience

  Today was my families first time visiting 4Rivers… and our visit was nothing short of AMAZING! 1st this faith based restaurant has a precious ambiance. Everything was very tasty and had its own signature flavor! And most bbq restaurants fall short at deserts, but NOT 4Rivers! The red velvet (though not fresh homemade) was moist and delicious, and the chocolate cookie and bayou bar were also immaculate! As beautiful as the food, the service was just as top tier! Marie and Samantha assisted us with preparing and choosing our food, and Brenda checked on us and was maintaining the dining hall. Every encounter solidified our title as regular customers, now titles 4River members! We’ll be back and much love to our new 4Rivers family!
