  We accidentally placed our order at the wrong restaurant. Still came and picked it up over two hours late. We ordered hot sandwiches. Upon arrival, I explained to them that we had a mixup and asked if they could remake the order the manager Kelley was so rude. she slammed my food down ripped open the bag threw everything around and into the garbage, Mumble things under her breath. She was having a temper tantrum. I continuously apologized for the inconvenience and thanked her for understanding and remaking the food. Told them how much I appreciated them all. She ignored me, rolled her eyes, and when the food was complete, she threw it on the counter towards me. I again thanked her for her patience and told her to have a nice day and asked her name. I believe Kelley is the manager and she is setting a poor example for customer service. I usually compare Panera customer service to Chick-fil-A always pleasant happy people. Today I was let down my food was made with pure anger, and I could see it all over their faces. Not happy, but still thankful that they remade it. I will be sure to double check and triple check that I only order from the Panera on A1A in Ponte Vedra Beach. Where the customer service is always nice and refreshing. They don’t seem to like their job here at all.

  Steak sandwich was wonderful, with chips and blood orange lemonade, nothing beats it.

  Covid must have caused a switch up of the employees because it used to always be great but last few times, my order has been made incorrectly or items have been missing all together. I always place my orders via the app so it’s not like they are misunderstanding me.. Need someone to do some quality control before orders are sent out!

  My mom said the food here was good. I don’t like Panera bread myself but I know lots of people that do. I was given a gift card and I had to use it so I let my mom buy her food and she enjoyed it. I like the interior of the store and the bakery for sure! The desserts like the cookies and cakes are sooooo delicious. The bread is ok. Idk my mom likes all of it.
