Went today after the Jags game and let me tell you they fixed it all. Tonight was a phenomenal experience and was impressed at the turn around. Our order was 100% correct, timely and made with care. Good job managers, employees and owners of this location for correcting the issues and quickly. Really impressive! I’ve Never seen a box of Taco Bell tacos this organized ever! I was happy to see people working hard to make our experience perfect even if it is just Taco Bell. 👍🏼 This Taco Bell went from trash to the best Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced. Fantastic food option for our Beach community Great job!
- JJJayceon4 days ago1.0This is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever went to. I order a number 8 supreme with a large nacho cheese fries. The nachos had little to no meat and( one with a bunch of sour cream and two with barely any on it). The fries were cold as ice and the nacho cheese wasn’t even enough in the cup to drip 8 fries in. I called back and spoke to Lisa a manager and she was absolutely rude. I told her what was going on and she placed me on hold I heard her as a cashier if anyone ordered what I ordered and she told me she do not see it the amount came out of my Apple Pay account. She the. Advises me I can bring the food back in to be remade. I advised her im in for the night and the Taco Bell is far from my house. She then gets mad and say “do you want me to help you or not” I told her I don’t like the way you’re talking to me and advised I will call corporate. She said I don’t care and hung up on my face. I can’t believe Taco Bell would make someone with such a horrible attitude and spirit a manager. I won’t be going back to restaurants#042871 in Jacksonville beach ever again. I have a platform and I will be doing a video as well…
- KBKriti BansalDec 27, 20251.0I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme with CLEAR modifications because I wanted the beef swapped with black beans due to me being a vegetarian. I specifically asked at the window if they modified it and the employee said they made it exactly as stated. When I got home there was beef in my food. I was also missing one of the nacho chips I had ordered. I had already gotten home by then and could not drive the 30 minutes back to show them their mistake. They need to get it together. This is not how you run a restaurant.
