  For a fast food place this might be the longest I’ve ever had to wait for food. Just know if you’re going inside or doing a mobile order it will take over 20 minutes to get what you want

  I don't know if you all have found some magic dust or not lol, but this location has really been great in the past month. Drive thru is faster and food is fresher and hotter. Ty!

  I just wanted to come back and update my review from last night. I am the one who has The review from December 5, 2025 about the two meals I went back this morning. I spoke with the manager. I always deal with the McDonald’s on Atlantic and Hodges. That one is always good to me. And their customer service is always there so I’m not gonna take lack of customer service from any other restaurant when I know them young kids over there is nothing but respectful so what’s that being said I come back to the McDonald’s this morning I speak with the manager, I explained to him that I’m being on customer service at the end of the day. It was not much I had to say other than did we take the food back yes sir well we will remake it that is customer service to me. I didn’t get his name, but I know he is awesome and I like how he handled the situation so so so well so big props to whoever the morning manager I spoke to today you and your wife is going to do great at that store. I’m gonna always give you your flowers when you deserve it and you deserve it. I’m not hungry, but I still took the meal because that is how customer service is supposed to go. I’m on my way to work and now my daughter has lunch. Thanks to great customer service. And I’m pretty sure I’ll be back later on today to buy me some more lunch. I just know it’s gonna be perfect because I know the manager listened to with the customer said I didn’t complain about unreasonable things I complained about. I left a restaurant with no refund no meal no nothing and I’m six months pregnant so I went home hungry all I had was $20 on me last night 10 of it went towards my meal and 10 towards my tank so for me to go home hungry and pregnant women understand it’s like torture and I like how he listened. I’m going in circles at this point you get the point he was amazing.

  I would have given less than a star if the option was available. And I see more reviews it makes sense. They just took the franchise and are spoiling the brand name. We ordered spicy delux Mc chicken sandwich. The box itself felt like the sandwich was not the one we ordered. No lettuce no tomatoes. Waste of money. We spend $35 and all the orders were messed up. They didn’t even come out to delivered the mobile ordered for 15 mins. When we went inside the order was kept ready and cold. We picked up. We have had this sandwich a lot of times and it always comes with tomato lettuce and in a box. Well looks like they are making money fooling people out. This outlet should be closed. Mc D should take action against them
