  1/8/26 7:30pm. Place was empty, yet they had no carne asada, no brown rice, no GUACAMOLE, and two more empty bins. Place was filthy, food scraps over all the tables, so had to sit outside. I guess all the workers were too busy talking in a group by the register to notice all of this. Manager needs to wake up.

  Figured I would give it a try since its been quite a few years. Absolute garbage. Poor quality steak (cold), employees cant follow simple instructions, lite toppings does not meant load it up. Took 3 bits and realized it was just getting worse by the bite. Tossed the food and left.

  The dirtiest chipotle I've ever been to. I walked in and waited for service but while I was waiting, I notice the place was filthy. walked right out. Some dirty looking emloyee with tattoos all over their neck never acknowledged I was there waiting. This place is trash.

  We arrived at this location around 9:00 PM, two full hours before closing, and were told they were out of rice and lettuce. The employees openly said they did not want to make any more rice. Instead of helping customers, staff were laughing, hiding in the back, and avoiding work. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior during regular business hours. If a restaurant is open until 11:00 PM, customers should be able to order basic menu items and receive proper service. This experience showed a complete lack of accountability and respect for customers.

  Literally no chicken on the line day/them on the grill needs to be fired. I asked for some of the chicken that’s sitting in the container on the counter. That’s been sitting there the whole time and they/them ignores it and throws a bunch of steaks on the grill proceeds to go through the entire process of cooking the steaks, then cut up the steak and then goes into other stuff for another five minutes instead of just cutting the chicken….. Stood in line for 20 minutes, waiting for chicken that was already cooked on the counter just going cold… Then finally, they/them cut the chicken then buddy who’s like 16 years old working the line gives me a half scoop of chicken in my burrito… The most unprofessional Chipotle I’ve ever been to in my life management used to be fired kids just walking around with AirPods on not doing anything like nine people working… Made me waste my time. I’ve worked both these jobs before as well. You still work at the Chipotle at town center not a hard job at all only like six people in the store and nine employees……………
