Really bad food, everything was tasting like old reused oil, including the fries. The entire place was very dirty. Paid for the food, yet didn't ate anything. Many came and waited for so long and left.

I saw the sign for a charleys cheese steaks and I pulled in and it was only 9:55 am so I saw the big sign saying drive thru 10am to 10pm and figured I'd wait because it was only 5-10 minutes wait. Well about 10:05 am I see a lady pull in and by the time she gets out of her car it's 10:09. She said she was the store manager and they don't open until 11am. I said the sign blatantly says 10am , she says well we have things we have to get ready so we don't start serving until 11am!! Total waste of 15 minutes on a beautiful morning for a rude manager! I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!

My order got completely wrong. I asked for the special 20 boneless with fries and the girl said oh we don't have that. I said what do you mean that is the special and she came vtand said ah ok. I went back inside and told them my wings were lemon pepper not buffalo, in less then a minute she came back again with the same wings and lemon pepper on top. I said lemon pepper not buffalo, and she grabbed the wings very rude from my hands and throw them next to the drive through window. Then the cook came with attitude, asking me if it was lemon pepper and I said yes. I was calm but upset and they were very rude. Also I wanted large cheese fries and I didn't get them. So disappointed
