She corrected us multiple times on items we ordered correctly. They were out of all drinks, but lemonade. When she gave us the total it was off. We asked why, her response was very condensending. Instead of ringing us up for the combos we ordered. She rang it up without the drinks, then tacked on the drinks separately. I asked why and her response was that lemonade was a premium drink. I responded that they gave us no option...really nobody in the vehicle wanted lemonade as a first choice. Then she said to pull up and talk to a manager, which was her. We just drove off at that point. Rude.

The cashier told me numerous times that was not a deal they had. I had to tell him to check their website and their menu for him to recognize what was advertised. I asked 4x if my order was spicy or not and he assured me it was “not” only for it to be in fact spicy. I had to correct and point out the discrepancies in what I was originally charged which was over $12 difference. I don’t typically complain but for Charley’s being as expensive as it is- it really shouldn’t be as low of quality.
