  I ordered a cheesesteak and asked for raw onions and was told “we don’t do that”… I’ve been to PLENTY of Charleys and get the sandwich the same way and they add it or give me a side of onions… plus you have to use fresh onions to make them grilled. She just didn’t want to do it. Won’t be coming here anymore.

  The girl tonight made me feel stupid for ordering the veggie sub like I always do. I pulled out and went to Taco Bell. Fire her if you want business.

  Went right before 11am nobody there to take my order sat in drive thru for a few minutes nothing went to the window nothing..... dont waste your time

  Terrible the interaction was terrible. Nobody spoke English. She barely understood the order. The order was wrong. The cheese whiz on the sandwich was cold. The wings were barely tossed. Terrible experience never will go back. I spent almost $60 there.

I do not believe her actions reflect the values of your business. During my visit, a paying customer offered a $20 bill to cover my meal, which I intended to bless another individual. The cashier kept the entire payment and refused to return change, even though she did not have the authority to process or retain those funds. Her behavior made me feel unsafe, and I called the police — who instructed me to leave because of her statements. This employee also trespassed me from the premises, which is outside the scope of what a cashier is authorized to do. The customer who provided the $20 is a willing witness, and the interaction was likely recorded on your security cameras. I am documenting this because: • A paying customer was disrespected • An employee acted beyond her role and authority • This reflects poorly on your business and could impact reputation and future patronage I’d appreciate a professional response and clarification on how this matter is being addressed.
