  We waited about 2 minutes before being verbally acknowledged. One employee on her phone. The other two just blankly stared at us. Male employee short changed me then said there was no way to open the register back up. But when a guy walked in for change for the bus the register magically opened without a purchase. Drink machine was out of half the flavors and ice. Tea urn was empty. There is no garbage can. Amd be prepared to share one roll of paper towels with everyone. There are no napkins. Fries sat on the counter getting cold after being over cooked. Chicken Sandwich was burnt with no pickles and no lemon pepper. Just a plain, burnt, dry piece of chicken on bread. Wings were ALL DRUMS, over cooked and under seasoned accept for the mild flavor. They were floating in slightly orange liquid and an oil that had separated. I asked if we could please get a Bleu cheese swapped for one of the ranch cups. The guy said he didnt know he would have to ask. He never asked. Instead he leaned on the counter on his phone because according to the stank faced manager, "He musta forgot." Employes are handling food AND money without washing hands or wearing gloves. They didnt forget their street clothes hoodies and ear buds though. Personal Drink cups just hanging out on the station where the tea is supposed to be made. Another customer asked why there was no ice. The reply, "Hey I just work here." This place is a dump. Two other customers complained loudly while we waited. One asked for a manager and was told there wasnt one!

  Over priced and nothing special for chicken wings! There are many other places here in Jax.

  Opening manager was super rude. We walked out and went to the Southside location.

  The male employee wouldn't keep his hands off my phone even after I told him do not touch my phone.

  I put an order in for pick-up. When I received the food at home I was missing an item. When I called the store an associate told me I wouldn't get a refund but could ask or I could come get them. I asked for the manager, and while I waited the associates were arguing about who forgot to put it in the bag. When the manager got on the phone she told me they saw it on the shelf after the food left. She was very rude and wouldn't let me talk. Interrupted me repeatedly. When I ask for the refund she told me 3 to 5 days with a fake sorry and hung up. I will be choosing a difference location or wong place all together. I was ok with the missing food until she got on the phone with an attitude and rudeness.
