    Had a very unexcusable experience today from the manager of this place. My wife went into grab me a chicken sandwich but had to use the restroom first. The manager snapped at her and informed her that the restrooms were for patrons only! My wife had explained to her that she'll be back to order after she uses the restroom. When my wife returned to the counter the manager refused to help her. She stood in the back talking with the other worker and as my wife asked to be helped, she ignored her. The manager then finally comes to the counter after hav8ng to repeatedly being asked to be helped, she told my wife to get and not to come back. I went in to speak to the manager. She thought she would explain to me how she was in the right in the bathrooms are for patrons only. Because she ignored my wife and had to be asked several times to be served served, that my wife was the one being rude even though she was the one ignoring her. As she tried to cut me off several times, I got the feeling that this was just a simple case of racism against my Asian wife. After visiting the other stores in the same plaza other people have experienced the same type of care from this manager and the personnel at this Wingstop. After I asked for the manager's name and the owner's name the manager grabbed her personal phone from her pocket with her hands and proceeded to call the manager and at the same time she was still handling the food that she was making never once put on clean gloves or washed her hands after she was using her own personal phone. I suggest stay away from this place like the plague. The manager here is not a very nice person and she likes to talk down to people and treat them like we're doing them a favor by coming in this restaurant. I did get my chicken sandwich we just bought it from the Wingstop at Baymeadows instead, a lot nicer people.

    My issue is I didn't ask for all drums and thats what I got, if I was informed that would've been different. Everything else on point but I would have like some flats.

    Every other Friday my non profit feeds the youth in whichever area of the community we decide to feed the students who need financial or food assistance. I constantly buy substantial amounts of food from wing-stop but last night I couldn’t. Tonight, 10/24/25 around 8:30 PM, I called this location to make a pick up order but no one answered so I decided to drive there and walk in to place my order but I was met with silence and outright refusal from the staff on duty. Before I could even finish speaking, a team member cut me off and said they were not taking walk-ins. Both employees were black one female who did most of the talking and a black male, both refused to help, mumbled under their breath, and made it clear they didn’t want to assist anyone. This was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. If an employee that I’m invested in can’t do the simple basics of their job taking walk-in orders, fulfilling online orders, and handling call-in orders which are all part of their working duties, then they should be terminated. I also noticed multiple customers walking out empty handed, so I can only imagine how many others have been treated the same way. I left and took my business elsewhere. I will not return, and I will not recommend this Wingstop to anyone who values professionalism or community service. As a major share holder I expect management to investigate this immediately and respond appropriately, I will be reaching out Vicky who I know really well and to investor relations regarding this issue.
