  I put an order in for pick-up. When I received the food at home I was missing an item. When I called the store an associate told me I wouldn't get a refund but could ask or I could come get them. I asked for the manager, and while I waited the associates were arguing about who forgot to put it in the bag. When the manager got on the phone she told me they saw it on the shelf after the food left. She was very rude and wouldn't let me talk. Interrupted me repeatedly. When I ask for the refund she told me 3 to 5 days with a fake sorry and hung up. I will be choosing a difference location or wong place all together. I was ok with the missing food until she got on the phone with an attitude and rudeness.

  You guys did great on Superbowl Sunday!! Had a large order and everything was good and didn't forget anything!! And my children said "excellent ranch dressing " Thank you!!

  Ordered late night and wouldn’t let my door dash driver pick up the food and took the food after closing, I don’t know the situation that happened between the driver and employees but what information I got the employees said that someone else already got it and to just cancel when the dasher saw an order that looked similar to mine sitting on the counter and they refused to let him pick it up and took it for themselves.

  Had a very unexcusable experience today from the manager of this place. My wife went into grab me a chicken sandwich but had to use the restroom first. The manager snapped at her and informed her that the restrooms were for patrons only! My wife had explained to her that she'll be back to order after she uses the restroom. When my wife returned to the counter the manager refused to help her. She stood in the back talking with the other worker and as my wife asked to be helped, she ignored her. The manager then finally comes to the counter after hav8ng to repeatedly being asked to be helped, she told my wife to get and not to come back. I went in to speak to the manager. She thought she would explain to me how she was in the right in the bathrooms are for patrons only. Because she ignored my wife and had to be asked several times to be served served, that my wife was the one being rude even though she was the one ignoring her. As she tried to cut me off several times, I got the feeling that this was just a simple case of racism against my Asian wife. After visiting the other stores in the same plaza other people have experienced the same type of care from this manager and the personnel at this Wingstop. After I asked for the manager's name and the owner's name the manager grabbed her personal phone from her pocket with her hands and proceeded to call the manager and at the same time she was still handling the food that she was making never once put on clean gloves or washed her hands after she was using her own personal phone. I suggest stay away from this place like the plague. The manager here is not a very nice person and she likes to talk down to people and treat them like we're doing them a favor by coming in this restaurant. I did get my chicken sandwich we just bought it from the Wingstop at Baymeadows instead, a lot nicer people.
