Under new terrible Management. Always running out of products. He is cutting food cost, and the result is he is losing customer traffic bad business model. Also, the reason the google review is so high is because of the previous owenrs. Looks at the recent reeviews most very bad. Again this is the new management.

I'll be honest - I'm just trying to get visibility for an issue that occurred this past weekend. Normally, I'd rate this location a 4 or 5. What happened was...I placed an order on Saturday evening. I'm about 20 minutes from the location and I even left a little late. The app confirmed my order was ready, but when I arrived, it was not and the one employee there said he was sorry - it had just been extremely busy. Now I've worked retail - I get it - sometimes you get rushed, but you have to effectively manage your queue. Instead of handling my order right away, he proceeded to help others in line one after another until the line was gone, THEN worked on my (and another guy's) online order. I was sitting there waiting for 30 minutes....which is completely unacceptable. Also, when I ordered, it noted the location did not have olives and pickles. And that's fine - stuff runs out. But this is a regular issue with both Inverness locations. I've had an instance where they were out of bread, out of ice, and didn't have the soda type they offered on the mobile app. I want to assume the best...maybe there are staffing issues....new employees not fully trained working by themselves due to people calling out...newer managers...etc....but, if you're the franchise owner and you're reading this....really gotta look into what's happening because I ran into similar issues on Easter Sunday at the other location.

I wish I could give a positive review. We attempted to place an online order today for the FLBOGO offer and the payment system would not accept ANY form of payment online. I tried calling the store got cut off multiple times. We stopped by to see if we could get the order honored in store but the poor kid working said he couldn’t only the manager had discount codes. I asked him about the phone and he said yeah it’s broken. I’m thoroughly not surprised. Weekend afternoon and not one soul was in the store. Pricing is a whole other issue. Used to get a $5.00 footlong and how the cheapest one is nearly $13.00 and that didn’t even include extras, just a standard sub. Disappointed is an understatement but given what we experienced and the many other similar reviews we probably will choose an alternative place for Saturday lunch.

I normally don't have a problem here but this week changed that, first the location nearest my house was out of bread... How does a sandwich shop run out of bread? whatever I go someplace else, 3 days later try again still out of bread, really want a sub so i drive an extra 5 miles to the next nearest location (even placed my order ahead of time on the app so it would be ready when i arrived) got to the other location and they are also out of bread... Is there a national bread shortage I am not aware of? Anyway I let the employee know I placed the order thru the app and it says its ready for pick up, he says I shouldn't have been able to place an order and shows me on his terminal they have it blocked, I try to show him that the app still let me place an order only to find the app now blocked??? Seems a little sus to me but ok whatever can I get a refund? He tells me I need to contact customer service since its thru the app, ok is there a number? he doesn't know. Ok fine I will check the website... welcome to an entirely new nightmare, there is no customer service number on the website but you can talk to a chatbot. ok I fill out all the info expecting the bot to eventually connect me to a person but nope it takes my info asks me to leave feedback for the restaurant, says I will receive an email about my feedback and then disconnects, 3 days later no email so I look up the number for the corporate office go thru the phone option only for it to ask me for an extension number I don't have so no help there, ok one last idea I pull out the gift card I used to pay for the food and call the number on the back only to get an audio recording telling me to visit the website for info on gift cards. Even tried @ing them on social media and again no response. So end of the week I paid for food I never received and I can't get a refund because Subway no longer believes in employing customer service reps. I guess I could try reporting it to the BBB but I doubt that will lead to anything. Anyway this negative review isn't about this specific location but the Subway Corporation as a whole, do better and hire some customer service reps, unless your goal is to continue stealing peoples money.
