  We went in to go get breakfast in the drive-through and we got a number two with no Swiss and a number eight extra breakfast sauce and extra potatoes after we got our food we parked and checked the food and they gave us two burritos went inside was polite with them, explained to them that I’ve been in fast food and understand, but ask them to fix it. We made the food gave the food back, and I still did not have any breakfast sauce on my burrito would not recommend this one.

  I didn't go inside this time (wish I had) but the lobby is always decorated so cute. I only wanted a diet Dr pepper. Went thru the drive thru and it took me nearly 15 minutes to get my drink. Girl in window should have moved the big order to the side and let the other 6 cars behind her thru(I was next in line behind big order). Cashier didn't even address the wait, just handed me my drink and shut the window. To add to my frustration the diet Dr pepper is low on syrup or something because it's gross. I just spent 15 minutes of my time and $3.17 on something I can't drink. This Wendy's used to have the most perfect diet and regular Dr pepper in citrus county. Idk what happened but this is the 3rd time it wasn't good. However whenever you happen to get the manager she is simply the best!

  They have ai doing the drive thru and it could not take the order. It kept messing it up and when a real person took over they gave attitude. Stop with this ai shit

  The fact that I can spend $15 on a lg chicken sandwich meal and you want to charge me .50 cents to get BBQ says EVERYTHING that is wrong with this location!!! You’re a joke, food is never fresh and service is trash…… but you try and rob every dime for it. Smh

  Fries old and cold mixed with fresh . NO DRIP DRAIN CLEAN OUT. THE TINY PIECES THAT FALL To The Bottom CANT GET OUT CAUSE BOTTOM OF TRAY IS FULL. Also repeat request: install and keep up with diet dr. Pepper in dispenser room . Put dispensers back in franchises that have removed them. Nothing more disappointing than to not have an expected drink not being present. This is a no return customer guaranteed. Thank God this was not my usual Wendy's and let me know not to include this area in my new home search. Pretty sad but my ability to get my Wendy's 2xweekly visit preferences is a game changer .
