Obviously, the Manager is not managing; probably working manager. Or the owner is not providing oversight. So, their employee attention to detail at best is a C- grade. Highly, inconvenient for drive through and if pressed for time. Owner and Manger start doing your Job!! Oversight and manage!!!!!!!!
