- JBJordan Bomse5 days ago1.0Took a few minutes before anyone actually came to take my order. They were standing there talking the entire time. To a few customers when I walked in and amongst themselves after said customers left as I was waiting for my order. The snacking bacon I ordered were burnt so badly they were barely edible. They’re always seemingly understaffed. Sometimes it seems like only one person is working and not good when it gets really busy.

Today we order the Oreo blast, it was almost melted by time we got to the window, no toppings and no Oreo in it. Our crispy hash browns came out cold! The egg was cold, cheese not even melted.... Even though they never get it right we try again and again. Now going to Walmart to get a coffee maker! PLEASE management get in there and give this location some help!

Today was 15 minutes and typically I do not care but no customers were in the store, the only order at that time was my online order, and after asking if maybe my order just didn't go through, the dunkin employee, Candace, looked at me with a smug face and rudely replied " we are working on it." No you are not you are counting a drawer. I will not be ordering from this dunkin ever again.
