You sometimes have to wait in line for 10-15 minutes to be greeted by the unfriendly staff who act like you're a bother to them. I had an issue the other night spoke to a guy who sounded like he was about to be 15 that only apologized for his mistake and offered nothing! They push anything out the window to you and then when you call back and complain, about the mistakes they made, they only tell you they are sorry, just like they do in the reviews. How about you STOP offering boring apologies and actually replace the food?!? We don't work hard and honestly to just throw away money supporting your restaurant! I'm about to write this place off my list but definitely won't be back anytime soon so you can keep that lame response " hope you'll give us another chance" to yourself. No one should give you another chance! You've had enough bad reviews to change and you won't. Maybe when your parking lot is EMPTY, you'll have plenty of time to improve and actually act like having customers matter!
