As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- TDTracey DuvalJan 31, 20261.0As I was sitting in the drive-through waiting a long time, I could see right into the kitchen the woman that was on fry took fries out of a bag that was sitting on the counter the whole time I was there put them in the fry basket re-dropped the fries and then took them out of the fryer and put them in my to go bag and they handed it to me. That is disgusting. I pay a lot of money to eat out. It makes me question whether the burger they gave me is fresh. They should be careful doing that or how about not do it at all? I won’t be going back to this location and I will be telling all my friends at church and everywhere I go.

It's almost like there's a filler in it. The taste and texture is very different, it doesn't even look the same. Don't think we'll be back. Uck, just awful. 😱

Late that night I started getting sick and got full blown diarrhea and vomitting. I had to go to the hospital by the next morning with food poisoning. I should sue Checkers
