They had no drinks and the guy said he would go back inside and get them. Another 20 minutes has passed still no drinks so now I am sitting an hour and no one will assist. This is a constant thing from what I see and this is my second time giving them a chance. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes or more easily for your food and it will be cold and they refuse to make it right

Another 15 min wait for food. 3rd visit, out of ketchup packers, missing kids meal, made 2 coffee wrong and no mcribs and no grinch kids meals 4th visit, closed due to technical difficulties. So why am I still going? It's between two locations I've had to travel between. At this point its almost hilarious how bad it is.
