Waited 20 minutes for someone to bring out the wrong order. Finally got our correct order 5 minutes later without the other 2 drinks we ordered. So my wife had to go inside and get the other 2 drinks. Wow, now that’s fast food! I say we need to pay the McDonald’s employees $45.00 an hour for the all the brain power it takes to look at a computer screen and put stuff in a bag. Also give the managers $150.00 an hour for being sorrier than their employees are. This is the new American! What a joke this place is!

There was around 20 cars in line and that's not the problem the problem is we paid and we waited there at the pick up spot for over an hour. There was 7 people outside waiting for their food and when I went inside there was 10 more. It's crazy how employees there can get thing done. They all need to be fired starting with the manager. Everyone was all over the place when we went inside and none of them were doing anything just standing there starting at you looking at the screen. This poor guy from the drive thru window was walking outside the drive thru asking people if they had any drinks before parking them. It's ridiculous. We got tired of waiting and left. Hopefully when I go back today to pick up my food they won't give me any problems. HORRIBLE SERVICES TODAY AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME JUST TOOK THE LONGEST. SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT ALL THESE EMPLOYEES WORKING THE DAY SHIFT.
