  This McDonald’s is, unfortunately, one of the most consistently disappointing locations I’ve been to. What should be a quick, convenient stop almost always turns into a frustrating experience from start to finish. The first thing that stands out is the cleanliness — or lack of it. The dining area is often dirty, with tables left unwiped, trash not cleared in a timely manner, and floors that don’t look like they’re being maintained throughout the day. It gives off the impression that basic upkeep just isn’t a priority here, which is concerning for any food establishment. On top of that, the service is extremely slow. Even the simplest orders take far longer than they should. You can be one of only a few people waiting and still end up standing there for an unreasonable amount of time. There doesn’t seem to be any sense of urgency or organization behind the counter, which only adds to the frustration. For a place built on speed and efficiency, this location completely misses the mark. Order accuracy can also be an issue. After waiting longer than expected, the last thing you want is to receive the wrong items or have something missing. It just adds another layer of inconvenience to an already poor experience. The overall atmosphere feels disorganized and poorly managed. You get the sense that there’s no strong leadership or attention to detail, which reflects in both the condition of the store and the level of service being provided. For a town like Indiantown, where convenient food options matter, this location should be doing much better. Instead, it feels like the bare minimum is being done, and even that isn’t consistent. Overall, between the lack of cleanliness, slow service, and overall disorganization, this McDonald’s really needs significant improvement. Until then, it’s hard to recommend stopping here unless you absolutely have no other option.

  Was very disappointed this time. I went around noon little After and the fries were totally horrible. They were very warm and not fresh.

  Workers suck in the am . I go in at 530 and no one answers the drive thru and this isn’t the first time

  I have never heard McDonald’s staff using curse words before unfortunately today I heard the f word in the background many times while I waited at the drive thru window . Sad
