  This is the last time I waste my money at this Chipotle. It is hands down the worst one I’ve ever been too, which is a shame since I live so close. I fail to understand why they are out of any food at 7PM on a Friday night. They are not short staffed- there were 3 people on the the line and several others in the kitchen. Not only were they out of fajita veggies, they were out of the PROMOTIONAL Al Pastor Chicken, that is proudly displayed above the line. They were also out of salad dressing, I ordered a salad. There was no offer to substitute my dressing and the young lady at the register was extremely rude and uncaring. The staff at this location is extremely rude and unhelpful each time I go. I am aware of the plight of a minimum wage worker, and am empathetic but the BARE minimum of a restaurant is to at least have food available…. Overpriced slop, terrible service, will not be going back.

  Avoid going to this place, 2nd time in a row I go they have no white rice, no veggies, the queso is nasty, worst chipotle in the area and they are open for less than a year, what a waste of time and money

  Service is absolutely terrible and certain employees are rude. Asked for steak and other menu items and was told they were out and won't be making anymore. Yea I get it. It's an hr before close. How do you straight up deny a customer a menu item because you don't want to cook it ? Mind you there's 3 people "working". The kid making my order and two ladies just standing there talking the whole time. Oh if they're out of chips don't ask cause they won't throw a batch in the fryer. Either the employees are just lazy or their management has weird strict rules about whipping up certain items before closing. Either way, this chipotle is a no go especially if they're close to closing. I've worked in restaurants for 13 years .. The service I experienced tonight was terrible . As a cook I could never tell a customer "oh no we are out of it" especially if the item is just in the walk in cooler and needs to be cooked. They must turn everything that holds the hot food ,off early too because my burrito was pretty much cold...

  This place is horribly managed. They have one person working in front to make the burritos/bowls and other employees standing around doing nothing while there is a line of people waiting to order. No one cleans the place. Victoria was the manager that was working when I was there tonight. Just horrible. I have always liked Chipotle but I will never go to this one again.

  First time here, the service at the counter was good. The young lady was working the whole front counter by herself. She is the only reason it gets an extra star. I was there at 1:30pm, well after the lunch rush and the dining room was filthy. Dirty tables, overflowing garbage and trays stacked up. The drink area was very messy with soda or tea flooding the sugar/sweetner containers. Even though I mentioned it to the staff it was not cleaned before I finished my lunch. It has potential but needs a manager that will train and guide staff. Not worth the money I spent.
