The employee at the window was EXTREMELY rude and even gave me and multiple other people a dirty look instead of being professional. If this is how customers are being treated then don’t work there and ruin other people’s day.

Without hesitation or even asking to see my phone, they trusted me and made it right on the spot. That’s the kind of service that makes a customer happy! It was 10:30 PM, I was tired and not in the mood for a hassle, so I truly appreciated this manager’s attention to detail and excellent customer service. I wish I would’ve asked for your name, but kudos to you!
