    Shantelle is an amazing manager. Not only should take an orders prep and meals changing out the soda machine and doing it all with a smile. We feel as if she’s a part owner in Wendy’s. With a pleasant smile and enthusiastic personality, who wouldn’t want to come back. Thank you for being the best part of Wendy’s in Immokalee!! -Mr. Noble

    The manager or could have been a hourly employee was so sweet! She deserves a raises. Restroom was clean and smelt good. A+ on 2/3/26 around 1ish.

    Well the girl taking my order on 2/3/26 around 2:15pm speaks horrible English. Took my order of a bacon cheeseburger and small diet dr. Pepper. When I got to the window she asked me to give her my order. I did. ??? Then got the wrong sandwich. A browned chunk of lettuce the size of a half dollar. Ick. They don't have Vanla frosties today. Last week no cookies. Says oven is broken. Yikkkkkes!
