  I dont know why I keep giving wendys a try. Yes it tastes the best out of the fast food places how ever they can never get an order right no matter what location you go to. I am sick and feel like im going to throw up after getting what tasted like rotten cheese not once but twice. I ordered the baconator fries and a regular coke. I got a cherry coke a spoon (because apparently im supposed to eat cheese fries with a spoon not a fork) and fries where the cheese on top was still cold and the cheese on the bottom tasted spoiled. I went back through told them and they replaced it because they REFUSED to refund it. Said I have to call customer service who mind you is closed at 9pm when im dealing with this. I get the new food and its just as gross. I go through again and tell them its gross and the manager tells me "dont come back then" okay. Don't you worry. I NEVER will come back to your rotten cheese establishment with lack of customer service where the managers hair was so greesey it looked like he dunked his head in the fryer again!

  I just dealt with a Cynthia and tbh she needs a raise. Shes very very attentive and knowledgeable about deals and everything. Very very sweet woman. Clearly working towards something for her future. Add a girl.

  They forgot most of my food at the drive-through. When I checked, they brought out another bag, so I assumed everything was fine, but when I got home, one of the hamburgers was still missing. How do you mess up orders like this? It's on a screen. And the prices are insane anymore. $8 for a hamburger?

  Spent 26$ on 2 biggie bags, a sprite and a Dave's double combo, asked for honey mustard sauce, none in the bag, then realize there is no Dave's double burger in there either. Had to go the whole way back, by now the fries are cold, at home while they are looking at me like I stole a burger. I should have went to Mcdonalds across the street. What a joke of a place this is. I will NEVER go back here again and would advise no one else to either, waste of money, time and a bad meal
