  This is the trashiest Wendy's I've ever been to and that says a lot. Idk what happened to customer service but these little girls working 4/23 at 8 am don't have it, they make fun of you when your ordering through drive through. Then the food was basically frozen? Y'all need to retrain the whole staff.

  "Shoutout to Bonita at the drive-thru! She is hands-down the reason for this outstanding review. She was so sweet and friendly; she truly made my day. We need more people like her!" I visited another time and the service was so bad. Mikey was at the drive thru and he cut the AI who was taking my order off and was so rude that I drove off without ordering. If you go there hopefully you will be lucky enough to get Bonita and not Mikey. No more people like Mikey.

  Person ar register acted like we were inconvenience. When we ordered he put our cups on counter and not all the cups, then turned around and with a attitude asked what are we waiting for and then grabbed my receipt and throw it away without checking if I wanted it. Worst service from Wendy's I have ever experienced. If you don't want to be here then frind a new job.

  I made a mobile order and get home and half my food is not in the bag. No sauce or straws for our drinks. They won’t even answer the phone!
