  So I did my order for a Cobb salad with blue cheese. I got no blue cheese. My hamburger looked like it was run over by a truck my baked potato looked like it been cooked five hours ago, I ordered an unsweet tea and got a sweet tea with no straw WTH WENDYS!!!

  I typically have no issues with this store and come fairly often as it’s on my way home and I can grab tasty food quickly when I don’t feel like cooking. Staff is usually super friendly too. So normally this store gets 5 stars from me but I was highly disappointed after my visit this morning. I ordered through the app. When I went in to pick up my order I asked for extra syrup and was given some massive side eye but whatever, I get it, it can be annoying when customers ask for shit after you thought you were already done with that order. Wasn’t that big of a deal to me. However, I get home and not only are BOTH the sandwiches wrong (I checked the receipt to make sure I ordered correctly and I did) but there’s only ONE syrup. So, had I not asked for said syrup I would have had 2 incorrect sandwiches and no syrup. Maybe it was just an off day because like I said I normally enjoy visiting this location. Today was just not it.

  This was the MOST unprofessional and unfriendly Wendy's I have ever been to. The girls in the drive thru, and I guess manager of the day were the most 2 RUDEST people i have ever met in my life. I will NEVER go back to that location again. You really need to let them know they are no better then anyone else!! They treat you like a second class citizen. If it were not for your customers ladies, YOU would not have a job. Keep that in mind. Or maybe get a different job that you dont hate so much, that you take it out on other people.

  Came here about a week ago in the drive through.. i received terrible customer service and the manager on shift named Jenna I believe was super disrespectful as well, this place is a mess and the food is always cold and somehow the card reader is always down in the drive through.
