Absolutely horrible sat in the drive thru line 10 minutes spend 40 bucks for 3 meals just to get half of our food. Absolute trash will not be back

When I arrived with my 4 kids I decided to use the kiosk to order our meal in effort to make things easier for myself and staff. My kids were unsure of what they wanted, to avoid causing a delay in service I used the kiosk. After ordering the food my oldest son sat with his siblings so I could get the cups and get our drinks. While filling 5 cups, keep in mind one machine had drinks but no ice and the other had ice but no drinks other than coke. So I filled 5 drinks flipping and flopping between the 2 machines. As I walked back to the table the manager (a guy didn’t get his name) yelled my order number. I said yes sir I’m coming! As I placed my drinks down he again said my order number, I again said I’m coming. After about 2 seconds he called kiosk order 308. I then yelled, “Sir, I said I was coming 3 times now. I’ll be there in a moment.” I quickly ran to the counter and apologized because I was “wrestling with my 4 kids. I said I heard you and was coming.” The guy then said, “we wanted you to come get it. I don’t want you saying anything about it being cold and have to replace your food.” I nicely told the guy, “I would not have complained, I told you I was coming.” Once I returned to my table and unpacked my meals I realized food was missing and items were made wrong. Due to using the kiosk I was not provided a receipt so I did not approach the counter because of the prior attitude I received for absolutely no reason. Poor customer service, food was wrong and the place was dirty. Also, when I left the guy was standing by the door customers go in and out of smoking. Take a break and go out back. Why smoke by the door?! Don’t worry, we won’t be back.

Hit or miss if they get the order correct. Doesnt matter if you go in or the drive threw. Ill just start going to the one on 19 . Have better things to do with my time than take my food back to get it made correct.
