Went this morning for breakfast for my family. Ordered a small vanilla iced coffee, med caramel iced coffee, and two small orange juices with my order. Both coffees came out small with no flavor. Orange juices tasted and looked like water with a little orange flavor in it. Guy at the window (grown man, not a teenager) proceeded to hand me all four drinks, no cup holder, when I’m clearly the only person in the car. Didn’t have anyone at pay window, yelled at me to come to the next window (put up a sign or don’t tell people to pull to the first window when you’re done taking their order.) I’ve managed and worked at McDonalds in previous years, not sure why yall can’t get an order correct when I was the only customer you had at the time. Management, do better.

Worst drive thru experience ever was given a chocolate milkshake with no whipped cream in place of frappe after it being confirmed it was a frappe, my fries were cold and the ordwr tasted horrible.

Terrible terrible service they never have anything when I go there and I have been there 5 times everytime it's always something !! This last time I went I only ordered coffee and a pie and I like a lot of sugar with my coffee the lady was so rude and then tells me they ran out of sugar plus the kids were cold !! I tried giving this McDonald's a lot of tries and each time it's always something !! This was the final straw!!! I will no longer return to this location NEVER!!!!!!

First time at this McDonald's. The customer service of the cashier was mediocre at best. I had to remind the cashier I purchased a meal when she commented that "Now, you have the cup". When I got home and opened my food, the QPC was 3/4 off the bun. The Filet-o-Fish was the same way. And, of course, I didn't get my two (2) spicy sauces. Glad there are other places in the area to eat!

Waited at drive thru in outside lane told be right with you - never came back
- inner drive thru had multiple orders taken went to window and the blame game started - she just came on must have been other person - no apology- just you can order now
inside manager said only two on if I wanted can come back Sunday morning to speak to GM - menu signs broken for month - go to 52! Location - prompt courteous and fast
