As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

From my view, the work area was disgusting. The person taking my payment and delivering my order was sketchy-looking and not a good presentation of the Checkers brand. Nobody wants to see dirty floors while ordering food. "Take 5 minutes and sweep up the fries all over the floor". I miss the high school kids at the window. The neighborhood is crime ridden. Sadly, it used to be a great place for lunch or dinner. Roll up your windows after ordering...

My 5 star rating is ONLY for the 3rd shift late night crew especially Sydney and Will. The 2nd shift dinner crew is horrid. The other location in the area is horrid. I will ONLY eat here at late night. These guys are always friendly and take great care and pride in their customer service. I eat here every day we work late which is a few days a week. If you're up late definitely check out this crew and leave them a good rating.

The manager gives 5 star service and when she's there everything is always hot and made correctly. Under her, the staff are like a well oiled machine. Please give this woman a raise, Checkers.

I bought the baconanator combo and there was 2 very tiny piece of bacon was very unsatisfied and will most likely never order from you again 😑

I DoorDash through their drive through. And for some reason, they have it set up to send food into the passenger door of your vehicle. This sets up for possible spills or disaster and food being damaged or destroyed. I don't understand why we can't just go to the other side. Especially when there's no customers, they will not serve. DoorDash or Uber Eats from the driver's side. You have to use your passenger side to do any type of food delivery service. It's absolutely unacceptable, and somebody needs to fix it. The entry is misleading and if you come off of 52, you want to pull directly in to the drive through. But you have to go around the back and pull out that That way it doesn't make a lot of sense.And there's no signage or lines on the road to let drivers know what's going on.They definitely need some work over there.
