As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Guys working were so awesome tonight. We ordered on the app and the milkshake machine was broken. They did everything they could to make it up to us. Beat cushier service I’ve wver received.

⭐ 1-Star Review – Checkers (52 & Little Rd)
Pulled into the drive-thru just a couple minutes after midnight. Right lane was completely empty, only one car in the left (Uber line). The automated box started the usual greeting, but the employee immediately cut it off—talking extremely fast, loud, and rushing us.
We placed our order and pulled up to the window, and the same employee continued acting rushed and impatient. After paying, he told us to “pull around” so he could help the people behind us… even though there was no one behind us. I told him that, and he yelled “PULL AROUND!” So we did.
Still no cars in the right lane. We came back to the window, and the employee aggressively yelled at us again to “go to the other lane.” When I asked why, he claimed we were “messing up their timer score.” We had only been there less than a minute. He then slammed the window shut.
I moved to the other lane like he demanded, and suddenly three cars were now ahead of us. So I parked and walked up to the window where I could literally see my food—and several other bags—just sitting there. I asked for a refund back on my card and was refused. A lady behind him said “your food is ready,” but at that point the experience had gone completely off the rails.
All of this happened within maybe three minutes. I ultimately had to drive around the building again and park behind multiple Uber drivers just so their “timer score” wasn’t affected.
This location needs serious training on customer service, communication, and honesty. Completely unnecessary attitude and zero respect for customers.

Just wanted to let you guys know what a great job ,Jesse ,Sidney and Eric are doing for your company. We received excellent service you could really tell that the employees enjoyed being there seemed like they were having a good time at work but at the same time, getting their job done efficiently. Most fast food establishments act like every time you place an order you're doing them a favor not the other way around would definitely recommend this Checkers. for anyone looking for great food and great service in the future will definitely come back.
