  They need to hire more people because it's always at least a 20 min wait in the drive thru just to get a cheeseburger

  We ordered a Deluxe Mccrispy meal, 2 snack wraps meals and a burger. The chicken was very small and super tough I didn't eat it. The snack wraps had a chicken nugget sized strip in them. This location has been horrible. We usually don't order from here for this reason. This order yesterday was straw that broke the camels back. The quality of the food was really bad. Do not recommend for delivery or drive thru. If you order eat it there so you can bring it back for them to make it right. Or just go to wendys next door.

  Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! Food: They are ALWAYS messing up orders. You literally have to check everything before you leave, every single time. It’s beyond frustrating when you pay for something and can’t even trust it’ll be right. Service: The WORST. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting to pick up my order and was completely ignored. Employees including the so-called managers looked right at me and still didn’t help. No one was working the front at all. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, I had to go through the drive-thru afterward, which was another 20 minutes. There are three windows and no one tells you which one to go to, so you’re left sitting there confused. Completely disorganized. Atmosphere: Lonely and unwelcoming. No sense of customer care whatsoever. Overall, this place seriously needs to get it together. .

  I don’t know if this McDonald’s or the one up the road is any better. Both don’t care about service or how fast and fresh your food comes out.
