So I called back 6 more times untill I finally got on the phone with them again, by now the order says it was completed and already picked up! So I ask how I can go about getting a refund and the lady on the phone told me “yep and your food was good thank You for the lunch” extremely disrespectful and distasteful, they openly stole money and my time then laughed about it on the phone before hanging up, so now I will be driving across town to speak to a manager in person about whoever’s behavior that was on the phone and how to retrieve a petty amount of money. Disgusting behavior 0/10. Diablo sauce is good tho
