The customer service is always less than up to par but they've out done themselves by turning the lobby/dining area into an igloo! I'm not talking about it being cold in the place, I'm saying FRIGID. The temperature was so cold that customers, being complete strangers, were remarking about it. It is always cold in the place but today was unbearable. When I mentioned it to the server, she said,"you want your food in a bag?" Very indifferent and non-caring attitude. I had intended to dine in, but because of the frigid temperature, I took my food and left. You could hang meat in that place! Something needs to be done with the management of that place for alot of reasons but basic creature comfort tops the list! Take a heavy coat if you intend to go and dine in.
