Placed an order for delivery which they never even updated to out for delivery. Had people on the porch watching and the driver claimed “they yelled 3 times and no one answered”. There was a phone number on the order they could have called if he allegedly did t see anyone. Try to call the store as the notification came through from the app that they cancelled our order. They said they didn’t have any drivers for the night even though it was allegedly just cancelled. After asking for the store managers contact info I was told “you’re gonna have to wait” then thrown on hold for 10 minutes. This place is a joke and if this is how the company runs their stores I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Second time we checked the pizzas before we left and there was bbq sauce on our pizza, wrong again, by this time we were just done with the experience left and went to pizza hut. Called next day and spoke to Rick the GM he was nice apologized about the experience and offered us to come in for a correct order on the house. Went got our 2 pizzas got them home and one was over done. The staff there just doesn't care they are there for a check. Hire employees that put pride in their work and this place might not be bad. I wouldn't recommend it at this time.
