  I ordered a cappuccino with whipped cream and caramel and a few other things they gave me the traditional cappuccino cup the brown coffee cup, and it was icy cold to the touch and I went ahead and took a drink, and it was completely icy cold I took it back inside and they said they could not make another one because they were out of milk and they had no more hot milk. The reason it was cold was because they had to use cold milk. I said I ordered a hot coffee not a hot milk, but they said that’s how they make it and they had no more hot milk so they could not make Another cappuccino for me. He went ahead and refunded the wrong amount to me and he threw my cappuccino in the trash and I realized I should’ve just asked him to put it in the freaking microwave because that would’ve solved the whole thing but I was just really baffled by the whole cold milk cold coffee is how they make a cappuccino thing.

  25 minutes for 1 large fry on multiple occasions is ridiculous. Its not just once but every dang on time we go. The food ain't even hot there cold!!!!! Wth is wrong with yall. Never any change or improvement, its a waste of money and time but I can't stop coming because my special child bless his heart only wants Mc Donalds cold 25 min in line fries. I promise in the last month we spent a full tank of gas waiting for them to make us fries because thats all we order. I feel like they cook them in the beautiful hot grease just to cool them for 20 more minutes and finally serve it. God bless there hearts. They need guidance and better managers to encourage and help to get there restaurant back in the race for the fastest food that we all love and remember from years ago.

  Worst place I have eaten at. Managers stay in the back not worried about what is going on in drive thru and especially the front counter. Waited over 30 minutes after paying for my food. The shift lead in drive thru kept hollering for help from the back- no response. I feel sorry for the customers who stay close - Worst service. This needs to close up and make the one in Lecanto bigger to handle the overflow. McDonalds corporation this franchise destroys your reputation. The owners need to shop their restaurants and they would see what the neighborhood sees. Where is the corporate liaison the is supposed to check on the Franchisee. The operations here is non existent. I am going onto the McDonalds corporation website because something needs to be done here. I am a manager of a restaurant and I know I would be out of a job if I ran my restaurant like this. Somebody needs to check on this place.

  this is the second time within a week or two we wanted to try the new buffalo ranch bacon mc crispy & they’ve forgotten the bacon each time. on 4 different sandwiches. also gave me a sprite, with no syrup. they gave me a club soda and the wrong sandwich. not the first time this mcdonald’s has screwed us, my bf ate a nugget with a bone and they did not gaf & got multiple frappes without the app letting us know the machine is down, only to not be offered a refund! take an extra 10 minutes and drive to the one on 98 & 19! also hire more people the lines take 20 minutes… i will add tho the alternative girl with the pixie cut is awesome every time, so sweet even under stress!

  I just left McDonald's it's 6:43 on October 31st they were not that busy but by the service I received I'm not surprised. I asked employee if they had green boo bucket my granddaughter requested that he said no they only had red and black so I asked for black but he put it in the red and then argued that because he put it in the red bucket I couldn't have the black well I asked for manager 10 minutes later he says oh I am the manager he also gave the drink without any ice and not even full I had to ask him to add the ice. It was incredibly argumentative for no reason. I would say this manager if he really is a manager needs more retail training.
