  We came here with high expectations but was let down. My grandmothers food came out ice cold twice. Sent it back but came back cold. My grandfathers did as well but came back out hot. Everything else was good but this was a whole let down and a very EASY preventable mistake. I also ordered a pollo loco and it said a special sauce, and it was just teriyaki sauce…

  I will NEVER understand why it is so difficult to make a simple burrito with chicken and refried beans! If your employees can't understand or speak English please provide a translator. I asked for a refried beans and chicken in the burrito with a side of queso cheese and cilantro rice. The ONLY thing they got right was the rice! I called and asked for a manager, was told they would call me back, THEY NEVER DID! I should NEVER have been charged $14 and change for this! See attached picture!

  Nio lo recomiendo este restaurant no le gusta q los costumer dejen un mal riverview pq despus le faltan el respeto dicendole mentioned a uno eso no me gusta people les explico sii ordered en este restaurant ayer por cell y mi orden fue para llevar la persona q me atendio era una mujer esto es para usted sii me lee owner deberia tener mas control con lo q sucece en su restaurant para q sea q yo no estoy mintiendo le dejo una copia d la transaction d esa noche q fueron $33 no retiro lo dicho no recomiendo su comida muy granola una asada no se supone q tenga tanta grasa ademas una plantilla para tacos cuando por lo regular a cada Mexican restaurant q vas te dan unos tacos con dos plantillas AHORA SIII ME VA A SEGUIR DICIENDO MENTIROSA TENGA RESPETO

  We, 3 of us, stopped in for lunch and sat at the bar. The lady making fresh guacamole came over and we got an order of it. That was absolutely the most amazing guacamole we all said we have ever ate. We all talked about it for days and wanted to go back before are trip was over. We also split the fajitas that came in the pineapple boat. That was also delicious and plenty for the 3 of us to split. So between the fresh guacamole and the fajitas it was enough for 3 of us and we also took home some in to go container. What a deal and what great food. Can’t wait to go back for some more guacamole on our next trip.

  Absolutely hands down the worst food that I've ever eaten. I would give no stars but this review will not let me give a no-star representation Presentation was horrible service was horrible I kept wanting to try this restaurant because it always seemed to have a lot of people there well I don't understand why except for the fact that they serve two for one drinks Something as simple as a taquito dinner they couldn't even pull it off the food was cold not warm cold my friend who ate got a chicken chimichanga it looked like a 3-year-old wrap that sucker up and just threw it on the plate cold and dry.Food service sucked we had to track down our waiter who didn't understand why we didn't want to eat the food because it was cold I was completely embarrassed because I'm the one who said we got to try this place. My friend he kept saying no there's a one up in Crystal River that is really good well we live in Homosassa.Big mistake. just ate at La Casita Mexican Restaurant. There is no comparison hands down that restaurant knows how to cook authentic Mexican food the tacos are outstanding the beans and rice oh my God what flavor the salsa that went with the chips so good nothing like the little bit of tomato with whatever this restaurant here serves absolutely couldn't believe it after the experience I had at your restaurant I literally wanted to get takeout food and take it to your restaurant and let you all taste for authentic Mexican food taste like the presentation was perfect chicken quesadillas look like chicken quesadillas I can't say enough about the tacos or the taquitos beans rice so. Good and Hot All the food was hot. So anyone out out there looking for excellent Mexican food with flavor Beyond Compare take the trip take the ride to Crystal River la Casita Mexican restaurant.The best.
