    Line was pretty fast, got a bagel at 9a.m and it is so hard to eat because its so STALE. Very disappointing and probably wont go back

    At what point did it become ok for employees to curse or cuss when dealing with a customer? There was no bad interaction, but I wasn’t raised with a mouth like that, so why should I have to listen to people who talk like that. Hire people with more respect for others.

    This is the 2nd issue I've had with this store. No wonder at the time of writing this, they have a 3.6 rating. Le, who is supposedly a shift lead, was rude when the lady at the window was taking my order and interrupted her while I was placing my order and yelled 'Yes!' 'Move to the window!" All because I had a question about a latte. Then, the girl who yelled at me came to the window and said they have a line and proceeded to slam the window shut. I will not be going back to this store. Unbelievably rude. The staff needs training, big time.
