  We came for donut holes we got donut holes 🕳 the service was quick and easy. We liked they had a special & put our donut holes 🕳 in a covered cup, 🥤 we like it instead of a box, you should do away with the box & the money u save u can keep 10 donut holes $3.00 🕳id stop in all the time n grab these. Up to you, watching for it to be a keeper. Yum. Thanks for listening.

  This place is literally a dumpster fire. I ordered a small, frozen hot chocolate with no whipped cream Waited for them to make it, which is not an issue and then is handed a hot chocolate and when I told them that that wasn’t what I ordered this cashier informed me that how can it be frozen when it is a hot chocolate with an attitude then, while they are remaking the drink, I hear him talking crap about me loudly and rudely. I never leave a bad review because simple things can be fixed, but I wanted the drink that I ordered and never expected to get an attitude about it, especially when I’m the one buying it. i’ve worked food service before, and when I make a mistake, I own it, fix it and give it to the person with a smile. I understand having a bad day, but this ain’t it especially when this isn’t the first time that this location has given me an attitude and messed up orders.

  This morning @11:15 I was yelled at in the drive thru by the manager, there was a loud motorcycle going by when they spoke over the intercom & so i thought they said order whenever your ready as usual but instead she yelled at me "i said take a few minutes to look at the menu" l said oh ok, then another woman spoke & said "order whenever your ready" so I order something different than usual & asked for a decaf cold brew then the manager starts yelling over the other employee who was talking "we dont have decaf cold brew" again i said oh ok & so I order my usual drink which they got wrong. Its not the words she used but how she used them including the attitude & volume of which she chose to speak to me! I know there are rude customers but that isn't me, i was polite even after her yelling at me! But i do think that she should be held accountable so I did ask for the manager & she did not come to the window, not even an apology. So i asked the employee for her name to take it up with corporate because im tired of being treated that way & i dont deserve it! The poor girl at the drive thru window was mortified & nervous (not because i asked that question but she seemed scared of her boss). That manager is not nice to employees either. I asked for the managers name she had to leave the drive thru to ask if it was ok to give me her name. Came back said the manager is Lisa, they gave me a fake name, i went up there after shift change to double chec her name & the manager on duty was christina, which is the same 1 thats usual there around that time. This is not the 1st time she has been rude to me or other people. She has bad manners & there's no reason to treat others like that. You're job is customer service if you cant be professional then maybe dont work with people. To the manager, I hope u heal from whatever has u bitter & find some joy in life instead of being miserable & I absolutely mean that!

  This is my local dunkin that I used to go to every morning. There service is the worst iv ever seen at a dunkin. At this location you have about a 10% chance of having ur order come out the way it was intended. I was early morning customer going at about 5am. Young black dude is working at this time. ALWAYS soggy hashbrowns. Bacon hardly cooked. No sticker on coffee. I order for 2 or 3 people usually and sense this has been happening iv had to quit going to this dunkin all together. If you go inside its a guaranteed 10+ minute wait while anyone that comes through the drive thru gets the service as you wait. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this location.
