I always get the brown sugar shakes espresso and this location made the best one in a long time!! Evrytime I get it it is always made different even though it should be the same. The location at sugarmill really has gotten bad. They used to be good.

I told them I did not want them made like that and wanted my money back so I could go to another Dunkin. well I was informed that they can NOT reach a MANAGER.. like seriously who runs this place?? not only did they ROB ME but when i left a review for Dunkin and asked for a follow up... nothing!! I haven't gotten a single phone call or email and its now Friday the following week! Dunkin has robbed me for the last time. I will not be back!!
- AWAli WNov 22, 20251.0Get your store in order. Saturday morning busy. Around 910am One person maybe the manager was in the back working on inventory. While only one other person was taking and making the orders she knew how to make. 20 mins we waited. She tells us she is new and doesnt know how to make any other drinks besides ice coffee. The manager does come out and finally makes the hot drinks. Lots of people were waiting and upset. This isn't a first.
