- ABAmanda BennettDec 11, 20251.0BEWARE OF THIS DUNKIN,, THEY ROB PEOPLE I went to the Dunkin donuts in Homosassa inside the Walmart last Sunday, and ordered what I always get.. 2 vanilla bean iced coffees, well instead of the girl at the register telling me they are out of vanilla bean, they just charged me for 2 coffees with no flavor. I told them I did not want them made like that and wanted my money back so I could go to another Dunkin. well I was informed that they can NOT reach a MANAGER.. like seriously who runs this place?? not only did they ROB ME but when i left a review for Dunkin and asked for a follow up... nothing!! I haven't gotten a single phone call or email and its now Friday the following week! Dunkin has robbed me for the last time. I will not be back!!

While only one other person was taking and making the orders she knew how to make. 20 mins we waited. She tells us she is new and doesnt know how to make any other drinks besides ice coffee. The manager does come out and finally makes the hot drinks. Lots of people were waiting and upset. This isn't a first.
