Got a family meal with one whole chicken, rice and beans, and dinner rolls for under $20. The gentlemen at the register at the drive thru was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this location.

An employee tried to give me the wrong item, and when I pointed it out, they brought back the same incorrect portion again. When I asked if it was the correct size, the employee rudely said “yeah” while walking away. What should have been a quick pickup turned into a 45-minute ordeal. Very disappointing service. Pollo Tropical management should seriously consider sending a secret shopper to this location.

I decided to get a refund and I still haven’t gotten my refund. It’s been over a week highly recommend not to go to this place. And today, my brother went to buy some food. He got the order all the way up and they only put a small amount of chicken this place is really not worth spending money.
