- ACAntoan Coipel1 day ago1.0I’ve been ordering from various Panera Bread locations for several years now, and for over a year, I’ve been ordering very frequently via the app specifically for Drive-Thru pickup—since, like many people, I’m short on time. However, this is the first location I’ve encountered where—even if I place my order through the app 15 to 20 minutes in advance—when the app notifies me that my order is ready for pickup, I still have to wait in line for an additional 15 to 20 minutes just to tell them I’ve arrived, at which point they finally start preparing my order. What is the point of ordering through the app if I still have to keep waiting even after it tells me my order is ready?

She is truly amazing always so kind, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. She works quickly without ever making you feel rushed, and her positive attitude makes the whole atmosphere even better. Jennifer always takes the time to give great recommendations, and she never disappoints which is highly appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who is both efficient and so warm at the same time. Panera is lucky to have someone like Jennifer on their team. Thank you for always making my visits so enjoyable!

He gets my order right every time, he has amazing customer service and he’s all around just a great person. I’m kinda sad because lately I haven’t been seeing him as much and he’s the only guy I like making my sandwiches (no offense to the other people) and it’s just the experience I get with Chris that makes it worth while. If you go to this Panera ask for him, he’s the BEST!
