  Worse worse wendy’s in homestead fl. I went to buy something for my kid’s after school and they only give me 2 items out of 3 i try calling, there was never an answer. What kind of clowns they have working at this wendy’s. Probably animals would do the orders correct. I’m always having an issue with this wendy’s idk if is the employees or the managament

  I want to take a moment to recognize an outstanding employee named Rose, who works as a cashier at the Homestead location (3003 N.E. 8th St., Homestead, FL 33033). My wife recognized her first, and I made it a point to observe how she handled herself professionally. I’ve worked in management in five-star hotels and now own a small business myself, so I understand what true professionalism looks like — and Rose absolutely has it. She is very young, but she carries herself with confidence, warmth, and exceptional customer service skills. This goes beyond training. She has a natural gift for working with people, a great personality, and a positive presence that stands out immediately. I would hire her in a minute. In today’s world, many large businesses overlook truly special employees. Upper management should recognize that they have someone rare on their team. Rose has leadership potential written all over her, and I sincerely believe she would make an excellent manager in the future. Thank you, Rose, for your professionalism and kindness. I told you I would leave this review — and I hope you get the recognition you deserve.
