When I pay for extra I expect extra. When I order a drink I expect the drink I order. I would understand if they were out which I believe that if they were it should’ve had something written. It wasn’t. I order from here a lot and almost every single time my order has been messed up. On Thursday 11/13 I ordered a flaming hot grilled cheese burrito with extra sour cream I didn’t get ANY then I ordered baja blast medium which I also did not receive. Today I ordered two cheesy fiesta potatoes and a strawberry freeze and I received the orange freeze. Which i can’t have anything orange or orange flavored. Although when talking to the manager she was very sweet it just sucks that the service is so poor and very clear that the workers do not care. If your workers cannot do there job find new people.
