This isn’t a minor error - for vegetarians and people with dietary or religious restrictions, this is a serious breach of trust. Orders need to be prepared with basic attention and respect. This level of carelessness is shocking and frankly not okay. Taco Bell needs to do better

Personally I'm glad that there are still people who are nice in the world! Especially people like her! She is an absolutely incredible worker! She does so much especially in Drive-Thru! Thank you Cheyenne! You deserve a raise or promotion!!!

She made sure our order was correct, asked us if we needed any sauce and overall was so friendly! You guys should be happy to have her on your guys team! She was a Small Lady (not trying to be you know, but I think she was Hispanic or native, sorry bad memory) with gold glasses! Keep up the great work and happy smile!
