The employee working on 12/27 around 10 a.m. was unhelpful and dismissive throughout the interaction. When asked to cut the outer paper wrap in half so the sandwiches could be shared by children, she refused. I also requested one extra piece of Subway paper to use as a makeshift placemat for a child, and that was also refused. This was not a staffing or rush issue—this was an attitude and service issue. For management: please review the conduct of the employee on duty at that time. Basic courtesy and reasonable customer requests should not be a problem.
