Honestly, the only time this Pollo Tropical was good was during its first year. After that, it has gone completely downhill. Nine times out of ten, my order is wrong. If I ask for something on the side, they put it on top. No matter how simple the request is, there’s always an issue. On top of that, the quality and portion sizes are never consistent. Some days the food looks fresh, other days it looks thrown together with half the amount it’s supposed to have. For a place I’ve supported for years because of how close it is, it’s disappointing to see how much the standards have dropped. I love Pollo Tropical, but this location makes it really hard to keep coming back.
