The food quality was poor, the kitchen staff engaged in unsanitary practices that appeared far below OSHA standards, and customer service was unacceptable. The dining area was also being used by homeless individuals to sleep, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for guests. This location is giving Pollo Tropical a very bad name and does not reflect the standards of quality or cleanliness associated with your brand. I strongly recommend that corporate leadership conduct an inspection and take corrective action immediately.
