Pollo is my favorite fast casual chain around. Today at this location though, they didn’t include the sauces I asked for when I ordered. Ok, no big deal. I’ll live. But then they also didn’t include a fork and napkins for my chicken and rice platter. I had to use the stir sticks from the coffee maker in the room like chopsticks. It felt like it wasn’t even the minimum effort given. I’ll keep ordering from this restaurant, but I’ll definitely pick a different location next time.

Me encanta ver como lo negocios van perdiendo cliente que es igual a dinero por el mal trabajo y manejo de los trabajadores. O mejor dicho de los responsable. Sé que es un lugar de rápido trabajo y de mucho moviendo pero no es motivo para que cuando me dé mi pedido me falte parte del mismo. Perdido así no solo parte de mi dinero sino hasta los deseos mismo de comer por el mal momento y la rabia ocasionada .

The person at the window dropped my food and assured me they re-packaged it however when I got home the food was half out of the container and all over the floor of my car. They also left out two side items from my order but the bags are so ridiculously full you can’t even check to see what you have and what you don’t which is most likely purposeful. I will drive a little further to the Florida city location from now on.
