- VAVirginia AJan 3, 20261.0Ordered through the drive thru. Ordered a broccoli cheddar soup and got a chicken noodle instead. Glad I checked. I told them it was an error. The bread that comes along with the soup was not evenly cut. It was really small and looked like they just ripped it from the loaf. I had to ask for a receipt just to make sure I was charged correctly and was told the soups were the same price so no need to worry. I kindly asked again and I was given the receipt. Funny thing: on the receipt it states “accuracy matters” and if the order is wrong, they will correct it and give you a sweet treat for free! Of course that didn’t happen. I drove away. Not worth going back.
