I placed a large order that included 7 sandwiches and 5 orders of fries, and to my surprise, when I asked for sauces, I was only given 2. This is unacceptable, illogical, and disrespectful, considering the amount of food purchased. I am a regular customer, and it is extremely frustrating that after paying for a full and not inexpensive order, I had to argue over something as basic as sauces that are meant to accompany the food. If this is a company policy, it was never communicated beforehand, and it reflects very poorly on your customer service. As a customer, I expect fair treatment and common sense, especially when placing a large order. Situations like this negatively impact the customer experience and seriously make one reconsider returning to your restaurants. I expect a clear explanation and that appropriate measures are taken to ensure this does not happen again to other customers.
