It’s just matcha NO milk idk how hard that is to grasp but the guy argued with me in the drive through and refused to make it said it was against policy and he wasn’t sure how to tell the employees to make matcha with water lol I get this drink at every dunkin I go to. They also had Gatorade listed as a drink to purchase on the mobile app but they apparently don’t sell Gatorade even though it’s a Dunkin/gas station. This is the worse Dunkin I’ve ever been to when it comes to customer service and wait time.

- KCKatherin González CárdenasOct 18, 20251.0This morning I went to the store to get an Uber order and the workers treated my mom quite badly, not only her but several Uber drivers despite waiting 20 minutes for her order and they ignored her, in fact, one of them told her that she was getting in the way with a very bad temper and manner and that is not right, she considers her quite vulgar to address an older person like that, I don't know what ethics they taught her, if you are not in the mood to receive orders because they do not give you time or you are in a bad mood or whatever happens to you, then do not take more orders and get it out of the situation but the truth is that it is disrespectful to treat food delivery people like that because that is not the way to treat anyone and more than that is their job for a person to come and treat them badly despite you delivering packages super late, and in case you did not know if the delivery people's client protests they can close your applications because of you that they cannot deliver your order on time it also lowers your levels among many things that for the
