Never again going to this location or any in Homestead/ Florida City owned by this franchisee.

Lazzzzzzzy.

They were prioritizing only the drive through and not the online walk up orders. They also had Gatorade listed as a drink to purchase on the mobile app but they apparently don’t sell Gatorade even though it’s a Dunkin/gas station. This is the worse Dunkin I’ve ever been to when it comes to customer service and wait time.
