As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- SNSokoria Nealy2 days ago1.0If I could give this location zero I would. I had the worst experience here and the employees are rude and lack customer service training. As a customer we are not always right but as an employee it is your job to make sure a paying consumer is satisfied with their purchase not argue back and forth with me about what you think you heard. So instead of correcting the incorrect order I was told not only couldn’t I get what I ordered but I couldn’t get a refund either because it has been over 30 minutes. Yeah definitely calling corporate and leaving a bad review on every media platform I find.

- NOnaomi olivoDec 22, 20251.0worst customer service. did a mobile order and arrived 10 minutes after it told me it was ready. pull up to the window,there was only one person in the location and no cars in either drive thru lane. he asked me to drive back around and come thru the other window , i did as he asked and then sat there another 15 minutes while he started on my order. long story short i sat in the empty drive thru waiting for my order a total of 20-25 minutes. ridiculous... i have no idea what the purpose of making me drive around to the opposite window was for if he was the only one there and there were no cars there at all .. DO BETTER PLEASE PEOPLE ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT FOR REAL
