  Ordered through their website for delivery via DoorDash. The food arrived very cold, which was disappointing given the cost of delivery and service fees. On top of that, an item was completely missing from the order. When I reached out, I was only offered a food credit, which doesn’t really resolve missing food or the poor quality of what was delivered. At that point, it feels frustrating as a customer to still be charged full price for an incomplete order. Overall, very disappointing experience and not what I expected from a place I’ve ordered from before.

  After ordering a 10 piece to go, I got home to find out they gave me a eight piece instead, I called James the manager he was so ignorant rude, me and my family will not be going back to buffalo wild wings as long as James is the manager.

  una estrella y no merecida, pésima atención casi una hora para esperar la comida, la mesera que nos atendió siempre hacia mal gesto y cuando pedimos la cuenta nos arrebato el comprobante , le pedi un empaque para llevar y casi lo tira y no dio bolsa , para nada recomiendo la atención del lugar , era mi primer visita y sera la última

  They have let their service go to shit. I ordered my food online and when I got there. I still had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my food. I asked one of the girls there for help and they said that they only attend the front and can't get anybody for us.
