  Good service by the counter staff however the staff member who was “making” the coffee was constantly scratching his beard and 3 feet long hair. Then touching the food! Gross!! Get a hairnet or learn to stop scratching yourself while at work. Absolutely a turn off and will never return. I wonder what goes on in the back….

  Management needs anger management. It’s embarrassing to be in the store ordering and seeing the manager on duty yelling and insulting her staff. Learn to speak to people respectfully. Regardless if they’re doing something incorrectly or not. It’s never okay to speak to your staff that way. I’ll be leaving a complaint with corporate too. There’s a reason why your staff doesn’t respect you. Respect is a two way street.

  Spent 30 minutes in line. Ended up ordering on the app 20 minutes before getting to the speaker, she said she was finishing my order. 10 minutes later I make it to the window and my drinking still isn't ready. Will never go to that Dunkin ever again!

  Staff was awesome and the place was so darn cute! I guess the assistant manager decorates it for Christmas! I think I got the girl's name working, Dani, she was awesome! And our drinks were delicious, best service at a Dunkin that I've had, maybe ever!
