  Every single time I order from here, something is wrong or missing. First, you gave me burnt chicken, so I had to drive all the way back. Then when I get back home again, I realize there are no beans and no utensils. It’s always something with you guys—every single time there’s a missing item. This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.

  Jessica treated 2 fellow employees wrong in front of us. She, Jessica is sitting there talking with other employees instead of tending to the large line. She is sitting there eating rice. I will be reporting her and if I need to I will also call labor board. She cannot be eating food around customers. That’s stealing and improper management. I will be following up.

  The manager she fabulous very helpful and communicate well with the customers she was very nice. I’m here visiting from Arizona right now. The ladies name is Miss Maldonado cause I told her I have the same last name as well. Tell him from Puerto Rico from Venice but very nice very nice all the employees. everyone was nice. The food was great. I would totally recommend this Pollo Tropic out here in Hollywood Florida. Thank you so much.

  I hate to even leave this review because I’ve been coming to this Pollo Tropical for a while now, but the experience has gone downhill in a big way. We come here about three times a week, and instead of improving, it’s getting worse every time. There seems to be constant turnover—every visit it feels like an entirely new crew. Because of that, there’s no consistency at all. Orders are almost always wrong, items are missing, or the food is just poorly put together. It’s frustrating to have to double-check everything before leaving, and even then things still slip through. The quality has also taken a noticeable hit. Portions are inconsistent, food isn’t as fresh as it used to be, and overall it just feels like no one is really paying attention. We’ve given this location plenty of chances because we used to enjoy coming here regularly, but it’s reached a point where it’s hard to justify coming back. Management really needs to step in, stabilize the staff, and focus on quality control before they lose even more loyal customers.

  I just wanted to share my experience at this location today. I asked for cilantro sauce on the side and was told it would be included. When my order was ready, I double checked (since I’ve had issues here before), and the employee responded with an attitude, saying that if I asked for it, it would be there. Unfortunately, the cilantro sauce was not included. The food is always great, but the customer service continues to be disappointing. I hope this location can improve communication and attention to detail moving forward.
