  Poor service poor staff store dirty no employees want to help to include the manager what a shame McDonald's I guess will never be the same

  Never coming back here. The entire experience was disgusting. Understaffed, and management on staff have zero urgency.

  I drove up to the drive thru in a Gray Jeep Grand Cherokee to place an order with my co worker. We were so hurry coming from work at 4am. When I got to the drive thru order window to place my order. We were told that they are close because they are cleaning the grills, so they can not take our order. I asked her why, and isnt this a 24hrs location. She replied yes but I cant take out your order, we are close. I questioned her again and she said no. My co-working was looking around the packing lot as we were in the car and spotted a McDonald employee with a headpiece on talking. We then realized it was that employee talking to us in the packing lot through the headpiece while standing up talking to a man in a red truck and laughing. As we drove away, she waved at us laughing along with man. Please check your cameras for this location because this employee was so unprofessional and rude.
