  went for a quick dinner on 9 April 8pm it took 21 minutes to receive the food for 2 people. Now for the ugly part 1. observed a young female staff belittle a family because they told her she was rude. She deserved to be told this as she continued to belittle them behind the counter. you could hear her talking so loudly about the customers. they had been waiting a very long time for their order. 2. food came out by table service from same young girl. she just drops it off an doesn’t even say hello or enjoy ??? nothing 3. Same young girl drops off food to a table and they ask for ketchup. she walks away and ignores them. 4. the best part : after I bite my quarter pounder. my wife looks at the beef and i was shocked. it wasn’t cooked. i took it up to the young girl and she says its ok. i show it again and she says the cook can grill it 😂 i was like no thanks. this is garbage. can i see a Manager. young male mgr comes out and refunds me. i’m not getting a spit burger made now 😂. 4. garbage cans were overflowing and all tables were really dirty. 5. the worst McD i ever been to. this place is consistently one of the worst run McD in the country. if not the worst. hire shitty staff and you will get shitty service. don’t go there ! I did the survey. the manager was nice and polite and he handled it “ok”. But this young girl needs some training, maybe some Army training soon enough !

  Worst McDonald's I have ever been too. The cheeseburger was missing the entire hamburger patty.

  I ordered thru app and I was charged. I showed them the receipt on app but they refused to provide me with food. The manager wasn't helpful at all.

  23 minutes pour recevoir ma commande chez McDo… Fast food, vraiment ? pas certain moi Depuis la COVID, nos restaurants semblent avoir tout nivelé vers le bas… sauf les prix. 💸 Service très lent, qualité des produits OK… Meme pas de Merci pas de bonjour , j'ai presque hâte au robot ...À quand le vrai changement ? 🤔
